Technorati Switches from Google to Yahoo Search Advertising
Technorati has switched from using Google AdSense to Yahoo Search Marketing to monetize their search results. The Ebay.com ad below is served by Yahoo (formerly Overture):
Why the switch?
Does Yahoo serve more relevant ads? Not that I've seen.
Did Yahoo cut Technorati a larger revenue share than Google? Perhaps.
Is Technorati trying to avoid enriching a fierce competitor? Could be.
Is this a precursor to Yahoo's next social networking related company acquisition? What do you think?
Jeremy, do you mean Yahoo instead of Google? I think most people would agree that Google delivers better search results than Yahoo today, so why the switch away from Google?

May be Google cums up with better search results, is time saving and free of nooks and crannies. There's many things above larger revenue share and suspecting anyone of an axe to grind.
